New, April 23, 2014:

January 31, 2014:
Ray's appeal is now at the US District Court. The state Attorney General's office has filed a response in Ray's appeal. Ray will now have time to file a response to their response (just part of the process). The hope eventually is to get the Federal Court to give Ray an evidentiary hearing - which would allow him to face the state in court, on appeal, with the ultimate goal of having the conviction set aside.

While in California, we visited the crime scene at the Palmdale Park-N-Ride. I posted the photos and a brief discussion of what Ray and witness, Victoria Richardson would have seen. These will blow your mind. If you have a few minutes, please take a look and: You Decide.
As always, I welcome your questions and comments. Please feel free to email or use the discussion forum on this site to express your thoughts.
