About Me

Ive watched the Dateline episodes again tonight and I fail to understand how this man was convicted. Initially I balked at the idea of showing any support for Mr. Jennings assuming there has to be more to this. I think of myself as a good judge of character, and character is about all there is to judge here since there seems to be no actual evidence. Mr Jennings is not capable of carrying out such a awful crime. I didnt see anything in his past to support otherwise. I hope that there is some sort of actual resolve to this case, whether it be some strong evidence debunking OR confirming his guilt.

I think there is a innocent combat veteran serving time away from his loved ones while some scumbag is walking the streets.

I totally agree with you Justin. Besides the fact that there was absolutely no evidence linking Ray to this crime and the fact that he had no history of violence, the prosecution's theory of how he committed the crime (and why) defies logic. Further, there were more likely suspects closer to the crime scene (Victoria Richardson and her associates) who were never investigated.
